Since you live near Mongkok, you can take Tsuen Wan Line to reach Central and then get out of the station from Exit J, walk up to the ground level. Turn right, through Chater Garden, cross Queen's Road Central, and make your way up Garden Road. Then you can see the Peak Tram Terminal. Getting on the peak, you can see the Madame Tussauds.1
