About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

What else do i need to provide in order to go to HK?

I have been invited by my friend in HK. He will pay everything during my stay there. He already sent a letter address to me, the bureau of immigration philippines, and immigration in hongkong saying that he is responsible in all of my expenses to visit HK as a sight-seeing guest. What else do i need to provide in order to go to HK?

Your valid passport and this invitation letter are enough.

Thank you for the response sir. But as per the Bureau of Immigration here in the philippines the letter from my friend must be authenticated by our Philippine Embassy in Hongkong. Is this the normal procedure?

Hi, this is true. I heard this before when visit Mainland China last year, so better ask your friend to get the letter authenticated first before sending to you.
