Is there a bus that goes to the wild elephant valley (Sanchahe nature reserve)?

I am coming to Jinghong on February 1st, and will stay there for 3 days. Is there a bus that goes to Wild Elephant Valley?

You can go to Jinghong Bus Station where you can find many buses for the Wild Elephant Valley. The bus journey is around 1.5 hours.
