Since you are very familiar with Yunnan's tourism, can I ask you for some references and guidance? My mum and 3 other of her friends are going Kunming this coming April 2013 for about a week. Any places which you can suggest and also some definitely dun miss out places that I should put into their recommended itinerary? Wouldnt mind in going to places with budget shopping places and market as well ;D

Day 1
you will take to the Flower Market, followed by a trip to The West Hill and Dragon Gate.
Day 2
On this day you will be driven to the amazing Stone Forest and JiuXiang Scenic Area. It is said that a visit to Kunming is incomplete without stopping at the Stone Forest. After, you will be driven to Jianshui ( 3.5 hours).
Day 3
This day will be a full one. In the morning you will visit the Temple of Confucius, and the Twin Dragon Bridge. In the afternoon you will visit the impressive Chaoyang Gateway, and The garden of the Family Zhu.
Day 4
This morning you will be driven to Tuanshan Village to visit the Zhang Family Garden. After, you will be driven toYuanyang 3.5 hours, where you will visit the Hani ethnic minority village.
Day 5
On this day you will visit the famous Laohuzui and Shengcun Terraces, followed by a visit to the Yi ethnic minority village to witness firsthand the Yi minority group's ancient customs.
