Need help for chinese Govt scholarship program please

Hi Sir/Mam
I want to apply for Chinese Govt scholarship but in online apply it need agency number. which i don't know.
So any help line number through i can get some guide line please. Or would you please provide me PR number because in Pakistan PR is handling this program.
