About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

can you apply online for a visa and what do you need if this is so!

I have a german lady who will be arriving in Darwin and end up in Melbourne but leaves the Uk too early to apply here. She does not have enough time in Melbourne to submit and collect in time?

If she is german, she should apply for the visa in her home country before the trip. No way to get it online.
