Cheapest way to go from Hong Kong airport to Tsim Sha Tsui

Is there any public bus from HKIA to TST? If yes, what is the fare? Please let me know the cheapest way between these two places. Thanks

Bus A21 covers most of the places in TST, I think you can try it. The price is around 33HK$ for adult.
