if i have hk visa , 3 month , 1entry , can i visit Macao for 1day and come back to hk for my flight

i am lebanese living in Qatar , leaving tonight to HK , arranged already for my visa , if am planning to visit macao on Thursday it would be possible to coem back to HK , to take my flight , Please note that my visa is single entry to HK
