how long it takes for the walking distance from Qiaotou entrance to Upper Tiger leapong Gorge?

I m going to Lijiang on 22 Jan 2013 to Shangrila, interested to just have a look at the spectacular tiger Gorge, not hiking. Just wonder how long it takes for the walking distance from Qiaotou entrance to Upper Tiger leaping Gorge?

From Qiaotou to Upper Tiger Leaping Gorge, there is about 10 kilometers. I go there by a car instead of walking.
