Im planning a trip with family to Taiwan during last quarter of this year.

Can you recommend from September till December..Which is the best month to go for shopping and some sight seeing??

December is the best month for shopping and sightseeing due to the pleasant climate during that month. It is mild with proper temperature of 15~20C and little rainfall.
