About:China Consulate in Houston

how many money order I have to buy?

all the fee in one money order or?
I live in Florida, and will go to Houston to apply HKSAR passport in person for my family. my question is how many and how much money to pay if I do money order?
my father needs only HKSAR passport 32 page and regular shipment.
my mother needs only HKSAR passport 32 pages and also regular shipment.
my brother needs to apply HKSAR passport 32 pages, HK residential ID, and express shipment.

I know I have to do 3 payments to the embassy. but
one person one money order with the application fee and the shipping fee,
or one person one money order for application and another money order for the shipping,
or I do money order for the application only, and go to post office to buy an envelope with certain amount money of the stamps?
And how about my brother's case, 1 money order for 3 stuff, one per one stuff, or etc..

it is very confused,, I cant find any information for the website, and I called to the embassy, they just kept telling me to search on the website.. thanks

Hi, here http://houston.china-consulate.org/chn/qzhz/xgtqhz/t53275.htm is Chinese version for HK SAR Passport renewal. There is no mention about one money order for one single application. So to my understanding, 1 money order for all this applications should be fine. The mailing fee will also be charged by the consulate.
BTW, as the requirement goes, applicants may need to do this in person. So, better confirm this again with Chinese consulate.

I called and sent emails, no emails replied, and the lady just hand up on me in the phone saying I have to look up information online...

can i pay with credit card with in case if the money order amount is incorrect?

Also, do i have to pay money to buy an express mail envelope and give it to them? Cus in the website says I have to put my address on both sender and receiver, I did it, and got rejected by the post office.

Sorry for inconvenience, I have no idea as there is no such specific information online. Mu suggestion for you is just bring every single document you can provide and visit the consulate in person.
