About:Chinese Consulate in Chicago

I have a rush visa for China for a US citizen that resides in Florida.

My company's home office is in Chicago. Is it possible for a representative from our home office in Chicago to take (hand deliver) the visa information for the employee who lives in Florida to the Chicago consulate for processing. This is a first time traveler to China. We need rush services on this. Advise soon. Thanks.

I am afraid not, the application should be lodged into Consulate General of PRC in Houston if he is from Florida.
