is chinese embassey is open these days?

I am from Lahore and want to apply for F visa in few days. Can you tell me is Chinese Embassy is open these days. I am trying their phone but no one is responding.  I though due to long march in Islamabad, it could be closed?Thanks,AhmadLahore.

Yes, the embassy open on these days, but keep in mind that February 9-15 is Chinese Spring Festival, the embassy may be closed during that time. So, better keep an eye on their holiday notice if you need.
