Is this Feb. best time to visit most of attractions in Guilin?

Hi, generally the scenery and attractions deserve a visit then. However, as Feb. will be during Chinese Spring Festival, the transport may be hard to take. Taking everything into consideration, it is not suggested to travel there in Feb.
Anyway, the best travel season should be Apr. to Nov.0
