Will traveling between Kunming & Shangrila during the Spring Festival time (2/5-7) be a problem?

There are few people traveling there at that time, but the transportation will be horrible. It may be hard for you to get a ticket at that time, so it is not suggested to go at that time.
I traveled there several days before the New Year last year. Although the scenery is not bad, but the terrible traffic is a headache for us.
