Hotel in Shanghai to watch Fireworks during chinese new year

I have 3 questions about Fireworks at Chinese new year: we would like to go to a hotel with our family to have a good view on the fireworks!

1.) WHEN will the official Fireworks take place this year? (9 February?)
2.) WHERE will the official Fireworks take place? (Bund? where on the Bund?)
3.) can you recommend a nice hotel, (with indoor pool) with a good view to the place of the fireworks at chinese new year?
