how to get to bus terminal in the hk airport?

I will b staying in regal oriental hotel. Can I get a bus no.22 to hotel but buy a express ticket for HK220 with 3days unlimited mtr to travel round kowloon, hongkong and back to the airport after the 3rd day?

Yes. Airport bus no. E23 or A22 can take you to Regal Oriental Hotel, Prince Edward Road East, from where you can walk to your hotel. The ticket you mentioned is Express Travel Pass, which is not the same with mere express ticket. With that, you can travel in HK within 3 days unlimited MTR(except Airport Express, East Rail Line First Class, Lo Wu and Lok Ma Chau stations).
