Hi can anyone advise me I'm travelling to Guangzhou during march.from guangzhou how to go to lijiang

I happened to see this. There is non-stop flights from Guangzhou to Lijiang. Be aware of the strong Sunshine! Altitude 3000-5000, I guess.
