I plan to go to JZG and Huanglong on July. Is there any bus between the two places and how long does it take?

Yes, at the bus station near JZG, you can catch the direct bus to Huanglong. Two buses are scheduled each day, departing at 06:30 and 07:00. The whole journey takes around 3h.
