About:Shanghai Weather in April

Liverpool connection to Shanghai

Hello, As I am from Liverpool I am interested in visiting Shang Hai, twin city.
Are there any cultural happenings regarding the twin cities during April - May this year?

At present, as far as I know, there is no cultural activities regarding the twin cities. Although there is no such kind of activities, you can go to SH to enjoy the local culture by yourself.
