I have history of treated PTB, can I apply working visa in china?

Good morning,

I had my medical exams last July 2011 and i have diagnosed latent pulmonary tuberculosis. I treated it from July to January 2012. After the treatment i had my medical exams to review my conditions, and the pulmonologist that I'm already treated but found out that i had scar in my right lung (not contagious anymore). Can I apply for the working visa in Shenzhen on that condition?

waiting on your reply.
Thanks
