Po Lin Monastery and Big Buddha before disneyland

Hi! can you help us on how to reach Po Lin Monastery and Big Buddha from Yau Ma tei station. it is possible to get there by bus only or we need to take cable car? Is 3 hours enough for us to enjoy our visit there before going to disneyland?
