About:Chinese Consulates in India

I am a resident of Bengaluru, and I will be visiting China to deliver a lecture at a conference.

I am a resident of Bengaluru and I will be visiting China in May 2013 to deliver a lecture at a conference. The invitation could allow me a 'F Category Visa' (Business). My questions are:

1. I will be in Delhi for the next few weeks (though I am resident of bengaluru), so will I be allowed to apply from delhi?
2. Can one apply for a 'F' via an agent/agency?

Hoping for a reply.
With thanks,
Dr Swaroop Revannasiddaiah

Hi, you need to submit your application to CVASC in Mumbai. You can send it to an agent if you do not want to do in person.
