I am a current international student from Trinidad and Tobago studying in the USA. I have been accepted to a conference in China and would need to obtain my business visa. However I am not in Trinidad. If I can give all the documents to someone in my family, would they be able to take my documents in for me since I am not in Trinidad?

Hi, if you study on USA, you can also apply there. Anyway, your family can handle this on your behalf in Trinidad.

Chinese Business Visa for Trinidadian Citizen
