Total Fee for China Visa

I see that the cost of a Visa for USA Citizens is listed as $140. Is that the final total or are there extra service and mailing charges added ?

Yes, $140 is total fee for visa under regualr processing (4 working day collection). You need to pay extra service fee only if you request express or rush service.
