march weather in shanghai

I'll arrive in first week of March, whats the weather and temperature.What should i wear?

It is windy, but the wind is gentle. The air is clean and fresh. The weather is changeable this month. The average temperature is 5~13C.  Sweater and overcoat are needed. While on sunny days, thin coat and long-sleeve T-shirts are enough.
