About:China Visa

what kind of visa would be appropriate to ensure a convinient stay in Hong Kong?

hello I am currently living in china on a students visa but would like to transfer to HK later on this january and plan to stay there for at least 6 month.
What kind of visa do I need and how can i get it from main land china or HK?

Hi, you need to apply from HK directly, or through HK immigration office in Beijing. If for study, you need to obtain a student visa.
