Hi, dear, I am afraid you can not travel to Hung Hom at that time. You may need to pass through Luohu Border, but the border only opens till 24:00. I suggest you take the airport shuttle bus to Luohu Railway Station area and find a hotel nearby to stay overnight. The next day, you can go to pass through the border and get into HK. Then take the metro East Rail Line to Hung Hom.
