from guangzhou airport to shenzhen window of world.

Question

My flight lands at 00:35am. Which mode of transport would be available and convenient at say 1:30am from GZ airport to Shenzhen? Thanks!

Well, it is too late to catch a bus or train to Shenzhen at that time. I suggest you take the airport shuttle bus line 6 to Tianhe Terminal of Guangzhou Airport (CITIC Plaza), close to the East Railway Station. Then find a hotel there to stay overnight. The next morning, you can take bullet train from the East Train Station to Shenzhen.  Upon arrival at Shenzhen Airport, you can walk to Luohu Station to take subway Luo Bao Line to the Window of the World.
