About:China Transit Visa

transit to beijing and guangzhou

My friend from philippines will have her transit at beijing for 6 hours
then connecting flight to guangzhou again transit for 20 hrs.

Do we need to get her transit visa?
If yes, can we get it on arrival instead?

As you will have two transits in China, I think you may have to apply for a transit visa which should be got ahead of your departure. China hardly issue visa in arrival unless you can provide acceptable proof of emergency.
