About:China Embassy in Japan

Do I require a visa?

I am a South Korean citizen flying from Japan to Hong Kong via Shanghai. I have a long layover and would like to enter Shanghai. Thank you.

If the layover is less than 72 hours, you are visa free to go out of the airprot to visit the city.
