About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

I have a one year multiple entry (90 day max) visa.

Assuming I leave every 90 days or less, I am trying to figuring out when I should plan my final departure. The Visa was issued on 4/26/12 and indicates I must enter before 4/26/13. Well my first entry was 6/16/12. So do I have one year from date of issue? Or one year from first date of entry? or 90 days from 4/25/13? Please help, I don't wont to overstay.

You have one year from its issue. Do you mean the 'Duration of each entry' approved on the visa is 090? Since you say 90 day max.

it is a one year visa in which each stay is for no longer 90 days. So if I understand you I need to leave for good before 12 months from the date of issue which would be before 4/26/13. Correct?
