You may just walk into the consulate-general of China in Dubai at Villa No. 14, Street 7a, Community 357, Umm Al Sheif Road, Safa 2 Area, Dubai during their office hours (09:00-12:00, Sunday-Thursday (except holidays))to apply for the visa.The requriements includes: original passport, UAE resident visa, fulfilled application form V2011A & V2011B, one passport standard photo, a No-objection letter from the applicant's company, an invitation from CHINA with a copy of the inviter's license.
