possibility of getting email confirmation instead of paper ticket for reservation

Hi there,I called earlier and just want to confirm that I could get email confirmation instead of paper ticket, which I could use to exchange for paper ticket at rail station myself.If so, where will I exchange ticket at Beijing West Station? Is it automated ticketing machine or ticket pickup window? How long does it general take to pick up ticket during the spring festival period? I'd like this information to make sure I give myself enough time to travel from airport to rail station and then pickup the paper ticket. Also if I arrive earlier or later than the departure time of the train, can I exchange at the ticketing window? Thanks a lot for your help.

Of course, we can issue the tickets on the net and you can collect it at the pickup window in the departure rail station with your passport and the info we offered you. However, you may wait in a long queue, since Feb is near the Spring Festival and many passengers will buy tickets there. After we issue the tickets, you can collect the paper ones in the station. You need to change to another train 2 hrs before departure, if you cannot catch yours.
