About:Chinese Embassy in UAE

I am an Irish citizen and wondering if I can get a tourist visa for China while in Dubai?

What do I need and how long will it take?
I am going to Dubai and from there to Thailand and China. Thank you,

I don't think you can get a China visa in a third country as a temporary visitor there, but you may have a try in Hk.
