Thank you for the quick response. What about 25/02/2013, is the Embassy in KL closed for the "Yuan Xiao"?

Hi, if you plan to apply for Chinese visa, you should head to CVASC in KL instead of the Chinese embassy.
CVASC in KL will be closed from 11th February to 13th February, and will be operating as usual on the 14th February.
On the 14th and 15th February, CVASC accept regular service application but not the rush and express service application. For application during these 2 days, the collection date will be scheduled on the 20th February.
