We will be staying in Hong Kong for 4days and 3 nights.  What is the best MTR ticket to buy for 5 adults 2 senior citizens and 1 child aged 11 years old?

As for your case, Standard Octopus Card is suggested. It has three sorts cards for adults, kids between 3 and 11 years old and seniors respectively. It will be very convenient.
