I look for Halal food in Pudong. So, where can I find the nearest Halal food next to Intercontinental Shanghai Expo hotel?

The good Halal restaurant nearby should be International Expo Village Halal Restaurant, which is around 600m from your hotel. The address is International Expo Site, No. 3500, South Pudong Road, Pudong New Area.
Aside from that, you can easily find several Halal Lamian Restaurant nearby, especially at South Matou Road.
