About:Chinese Permanent Residence Permit

Applying Permanent Residence of Aliens in China

Hello: I was born at Shanghai and came USA 25 years ago and I am having USA possport now. My Father passed away. Mom is getting $80 years old and living along in Shanghai. I am thinking about to live with my mom in Shanghai for a while ( years ). I am the only Child of her, which is single. Do I have eligibility to apple Permanent Residence of Aliens in China?

Hi, I don't think you are eligible to get permanent residence for China now. But if you want to live with your mom, you can try to apply for a family visit visa L.
