How can I get a schedule of events for the Grape Festial-

We are truly interested in including the grape festival on our Silk Road trip but can not get a real schedule of events......everyone is vague, even the date..?

Different year has different events during the festival.
Generallay speaking, the festival is celebrated in the late August. The high quality grapes and local famous jades are shown. All other activities are held around the grapes.
