About:Chinese Embassy in Malaysia

F-Visa renewal before expiration of validity date

Hi, I'm Malaysian. If my F-visa period of validity will expire soon, can i renew it in any nearest country (I notice i cant renew in HK or Macau) instead of renewing in Malaysia? Hope to hear from your reply soonest, thanks.

Hi, if you are in mainland China now, you can try to apply for an extension of your F at the local PSB. But if you have not used the current visa to enter China, the visa can not be renewed.
