About:Taiwan Weather

i will be travelling on Taipei on January 24 to 28, what is the best clothes to wear?

The average temperature is around 10C and it will become colder if it rains.
It is suggested to take thick coats and sweaters. If you are afraid of the cold weather, you may take a down jacket.
