You can take the local MTR to reach Sheung Shui where you can find the direct bus for the Disneyland direct and the whole journey will take you about an hour.

from the Sheung Sheui stop take the airport bus A32 to the toll plaza the first stop which is about half an hour from there take bus R8 dirctly to your destination.
