medical checkup for student visa

hi, can anyone tell me from where i can get medical certificate for student visa ?? and which tests are required ??

You can contact the embassy consulate office for the list of hospitals appointed. For the tests itself, you can refer to the form. https://www.travelchinaguide.com/embassy/pdf/physical.pdf
