About:Harbin Weather

I am planning to visit Harbin on 6th March 2013. Is the Ice & Snow Festival will still be going on?

How is the temperature and will there usually be snowing or still have snow in early March? I am planning to take some wedding photoshoot as well. Is there somewhere special, nice places for photoshoot?

Usually, the festival lasts till the end of February. If you want to enjoy this festival, you'd better go there earlier. Jan.~Feb is best. It is still very cold during March with a temperature of -10~2C. It is possible to have snowfall in March in this city. As for photoshoot, you can go to Sun Island Scenic Resort or the Ice and Snow World.
