How is the weather between 12-16 Jan in Xi'an? Is there snowfall? How about today?

Hi, it will be cold and dry during that period. The average temperature will be around -3C. So you'd better take long down jacket, wool sweaters and thick trousers. Gloves, scarf and mask are also needed.
