is there a free shuttle bus from hong kong central to Crowne Plaza causway Bay

There seems no free shuttle bus from Central to Crowne Plaza Causeway Bay. From Central, you can take the MTR Island Line and get off at Causeway Bay. Then Get out from exit A and walk about 100m, you will get there.
