hi im joy philippine passport holder

my visa ends january 13,2013...i looked for a another employer but my visa wont come out the day my old visa ends..what should i do? should i extend 14 days?would the immigration grant me to extend more days to get my new working visa then i can go home to phils?pls i dont know what to do..thanks..

You may try to apply for an eztension of stay in China from the local public security bureau first. If failed, you will have to go back to your home before the expiration of your present visa. Do not overstay, since this will affect your future visa application.
