Is there any express bus from Xuzhou Train Station or East Train Station to Shuyang at 6 pm?

I arrive the east train station around 6 pm and want to know is there any transportation can take me to Shuyang. I saw few train in the early morning or mid night. Just wonder is there any bus I can take or how much if by taxi and how long it will take. Thanks.
