I'm afraid no direct bus can take from Xuexiang to this city. You can take a bus to Changting Town first, where you can transfer to another bus to reach your destination city. But I heard that only two buses from Changting to Harbin are schedule at 5:25 and 17:00.The specific location of Xuexiang is Double-peak Forest Farm, Changting Town, Hailin County, Mudanjiang City.
